Scope

QKI White Diesel Emulsion was independently verified in the Philippines under the DOST-ITDI Environmental Technology Verification Programme (Verification Statement No. 24-007), covering automotive and industrial applications.

Outcomes

ETV verifies the parameters tested under the defined protocol; it is not a certification or a regulatory approval. Full official ETV documentation is available for review.

Conclusion

QKI White Diesel™ reduces the diesel consumed per unit of work: the University of Cagliari measured a 9.46% reduction in corrected hourly consumption (Technical Report, 31 July 2026). CO₂ falls in proportion to the diesel displaced. Results vary with engine specification and operating conditions.
