Giovanni Genovese

Giovanni Genovese is a Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor, and Business Consultant with solid experience in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. He is the Partner and Sole Director of Studio S.G. Consulting S.r.l., a firm specialized in accounting, tax advisory, payroll consultancy, and corporate advisory services for SMEs.

Since 2015, he has been assisting entrepreneurs and companies in tax planning, financial advisory, financial statement analysis, and management control, with a strong focus on financial sustainability and access to funding. He has also developed significant expertise in extraordinary corporate transactions and tax litigation assistance.

Giovanni currently holds several appointments as Statutory Auditor and Sole Auditor for companies operating across different industries, ensuring professionalism, independence, and accuracy in auditing and control activities.

He is registered with the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) as a Statutory Auditor and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants. He continuously attends professional training programs, with particular specialization in statutory auditing and accounting standards.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Economics (Banking and Finance track) and combines strong technical expertise with problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. He speaks English at an advanced level and provides clients with reliable, strategic, and results-oriented professional support.
